Dr. Jennifer L. Chen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. From there, she went on to attend Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, where she graduated with honors. She provides Primary Care Optometry, specializing in Contact Lenses, and is certified to diagnose and treat ocular diseases.

 

Dr. Chen has lived and worked in Maryland for over 25 years. She has practiced on the Eastern Shore, and Montgomery, Washington and Frederick Counties. Since moving to Frederick County in 2009, with her husband and three kids, Dr. Chen has enjoyed learning the area and looks forward to meeting more of the community.
